Poor public relations

This company should consider input from its customers. Read the reviews here--they tell you its impossible to read the instructions. (You shouldnt need to be told that, did you actually try to use them)???
Second, they have no customer support that works. I tried their contact webpage but it refuses to work from my iPad or iPhone. I think they must have just abandoned this game and any support for it.
